Delete your Stillory account
Account deletion is permanent and immediate. All bottles, tastings, tasting notes, and profile data tied to your account are deleted and cannot be recovered. There is no grace period or undo.
Two ways to delete
Option 1 · Fastest
From the app
Open Stillory → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is removed immediately.
Option 2
By email
For users who can't access the app. Email support@stillory.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

- Account credentials (email, password, sign-in identifiers)
- Your full bottle collection
- Tasting logs and history
- Tasting notes and ratings
- Profile information (display name, preferences)
- Any uploaded images, including bottle photos
Response time
Email requests are processed within 7 days. For verification, requests must come from the email address on the account. We may reply asking you to confirm before the data is removed.
