The story

Hi, I'm Kevin. I live in Philadelphia with my wife and two cats, and I built Stillory on the side — product manager by day, whiskey enthusiast and app builder by night.

It started as my own problem. My shelf kept growing, my tasting notes were scattered across napkins, Notes app, and the occasional spreadsheet, and every whiskey app I tried treated my collection like a grocery list. None of them fit how I actually think about whiskey — what I own, what I've poured, and what I keep reaching for. So I rolled up my sleeves and built the one I wanted.

A lot of late nights (and a fair amount of hands-on "research") later, here it is. If you end up covering Stillory, I'd genuinely love to hear what you think.

What it does

The short version.

The Pour Report

Find out what you actually like.

The Pour Report turns your tastings into a map of your own palate - the distilleries and flavors you keep coming back to.

Add a bottle in seconds.

Point your camera at the label and Stillory identifies it, including allocated and craft releases a barcode would never catch.

Capture a pour the way you taste it.

Real nose, palate, and finish notes - not a star rating you'll forget by next week.

Keep your whole collection straight.

Every bottle you own - open, sealed, or long gone - with category-specific details that actually fit whiskey, not a generic notes field.

About Stillory

Stillory is a whiskey collection app and tasting journal for serious enthusiasts. It pairs an AI-powered label scanner with a structured tasting log - nose, palate, finish, mouthfeel, blind mode - and turns those tastings into the Pour Report: analytics that reveal which distilleries, brands, and flavors a drinker actually reaches for. Stillory works offline, so your collection goes wherever you do; cross-device sync is available with Pro. It's free on iOS and Android, with an optional Pro subscription. Stillory LLC is based in Pennsylvania.
